Hi, my name is Tjasa, and I founded Ocean Yoga in 2012 after moving to the island. I have trained in dynamic vinyasa, hatha, and yin yoga.
I primarily teach gentle flow, yin yoga, breath awareness, and meditation.
Alongside teaching, I work as a photographer and continue to explore yin yoga, Taoist philosophy, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
