Hi, my name is Tjasa, and I founded Ocean Yoga in 2012 after moving to this island. I have trained in dynamic vinyasa, hatha, and yin yoga. 
I primarily teach gentle flow movement classes, yin yoga, breath awareness, and mindfulness meditation. 
In addition to teaching, I am also a photographer and an ongoing student of yin yoga and a holistic approach to wellbeing inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine.
