Join us for sessions that explore pranayama (traditional yogic breathing practices) and meditation, two practices that support balance, clarity and calm. You may experience them separately or combined, depending on your needs. 
Breath practices such as lengthening the exhale or alternate nostril breathing are guided step by step and adapted to your comfort, while meditation is offered in a simple way, inviting you to rest in awareness without needing to achieve anything. Together, these practices support the nervous system, ease stress, and create a grounded sense of presence, offering tools you can return to beyond the session.
No prior experience is needed, only an openness to explore.
