Join us for a Yin Yoga session that invites you to slow down, explore stillness, and reconnect with your body’s wisdom. This quiet, grounding practice supports physical, emotional, and energetic balance. Instead of striving or following set shapes, you’ll be guided to discover what feels optimal for you in each posture - physically, mentally, and emotionally.
What can you expect?

Functional Approach: Every body is unique. In Yin Yoga, you are encouraged to explore each pose in the way that best fits your own anatomy and experience. The focus is not on how it looks, but on how it feels for you.
Cues to Find Your Place: Rather than being told to relax or surrender, you’ll receive cues that help you notice where your edge is (the place that feels just right for your body and mind in the moment).
Qi Flow & Stillness: Poses are held quietly for a few minutes at a time, giving space for awareness of breath, body, and the subtle flow of energy.
Space to Explore: Expect a calm atmosphere, longer holds, and a hands-off approach. The practice becomes a safe container where you can notice, adjust, and simply be.
Yoga mats are provided.
Flexible schedule & location: Offered on selected weekends or available for small private groups by request.
